Data Dashboards Overview

Purpose

The LISC-TC dashboards serve as tools to track and visualize data during the ongoing assessment.

• The Loan Pool Dashboard tracks and visualizes the loan pool, CAT Fund contributors, and overall funding raised to support the recovery initiative.

• The Goal vs. Achieved Dashboard tracks and visualizes the selected JPMC Grant metrics, including engagement metrics related to Comprehensive Collaboration, Market-Based Affordable Housing, and Research, Evaluation & Planning.

• The LISC Cultural District Recovery Investments Dashboard tracks spending related to Loans, Recoverable Grants, and Feasibility/Project Grants.

• The Vacant Properties and Demographics Dashboards provide a snapshot of vacant properties in the City of St Paul and City of Minneapolis and the racial demographics of those areas.
